But since you said Taylormade, there is not really a specific model to search for.
The best thing to is get the lightest bag you can find for $100 or less. Different stores are having sales all the time too so that wont be a problem.

When you say features, all you might need is an umbrella loop but im pretty sure they come with every nice bag, and TaylorMade usually has a good amount of pockets. Don't get anything bulky cause he will be carrying it.

One important thing is check their warranty. You want to buy it from a store who will replace the strap if it rips, cause if he uses it a lot it has a higher chance of ripping.

If a customer has enough money and clout, Louis Vuitton will create virtually any special-order item -- as long as it remains true to the spirit of the company's central product line. Every item manufactured by the luxury luggage house must serve some travel-related need: suitcases, garment bags, cosmetics bags, carry-on bags, jewelry cases, purses, wallets, and sunglasses all qualify. The company once had to turn down a request from a client who wanted a Louis Vuitton casket, as this did not meet the criteria of a travel item.

There's virtually no limit to the custom travel pieces the fashion house can create. To put in a special order, simply stop into any Louis Vuitton store. You will be notified if your custom order is approved. Special orders can take up to six months to complete. Throughout the process, Louis Vuitton keeps custom clients apprised of their item's status by sending frequent photographs. The items for each special-order customer are assigned a unique lock number.  The next size down from a tour bag is a cart bag. Cart bags are not quite as big as tour bags, but they are a little bulky for the average golfer who is going to carry clubs and play at the same time. These bags are usually made of leather and designed to be used on a ride cart.

 If you play and carry the clubs at the same time, you may consider a travel or carry bag. A travel or carry bag is much smaller and lighter than a full size bag. A carry bag can fit all of your clubs and some small accessories. Most carry bags are made from plastic and nylon.  

 Carry bags vary in size, quality, and price. You can buy a tiny, three-quarters-size carry bag for a child, or you can get a deluxe model with plenty of pockets and a special backpack-type strap that goes over both shoulders.
