A slice can discourage any young golf enthusiast from embracing the ideologies of the game; hence the need for golf tips slice rides high on the list of the game. A slice is one the problems that affect the flow and character of the ball leading to lower marks/ scores.

It has turned out to be a wearisome issue that has substantially affected amateur golf players. when the ball is hit and violently and swings due the impact of the stick, flying away from the player on the further right playing area (for right hand golfers), its said a slice has occurred. Since a slice is known to peel off yards on the distance the ball has to cover and increase strokes, its imperative that you learn some intriguing about golf tips slice that can help your fix them.

When you want to fix a slice; first, close club face a little in a square angle as you take care of the ball. When you leave the face club closed, you'll be able to open club face in a very comfortable angle when you swing backwards. It's also easy for you to reinstate or maintain your downward swing in that starling square position.

Another way to fix a slice is by straightening the swing you make. A reason behind the movement of the golf ball from side to side is simply because the ball spins sideways. The side spin of the ball comes into play especially when your swing behaves outside in. when swings begin away from you and hen moves towards you, the ball automatically moves off target spinning sideways hence dooming it in a slice path. It's therefore important to understand the emergence of a slice and its fixation so that you claim to have learnt the game of golf.

You can make amends by trying to maintain those swings in line with your body movements. Put a notepad below the back of your arm so that you are sure of keeping the swing within its brackets and not extending it any further hence staying safe from a golf slice. Ensure you try to exert pressure on the swing so that it gets back into position as you perform the downswings. By embracing these golfs tips slice, you'll rapidly evolve into a great master of the game golf and your swing will always be above board.

Slicing the golf ball once is embarrassing. Slicing the golf ball swing after swing is humiliating. One of the fastest way to improve your golf game is to ask a golf swing coach about golfs tips slice. The next best way is to study and understand the correct golf swing mechanics.

Driving the ball longer is the ultimate goal for most golfers, and there's no doubt we all can improve our distance off the tee by making a few simple adjustments.

The following golf tips will absolutely improve your driving distance potential ...

1. Turn on the power:
During the backswing turn your right shoulder away from the ball while shifting your weight and the club head back (right handed golfers). This puts you into a powerful position at the top of the backswing.

2. Generate power to the ball:
Much of the power in your golf swing comes from a solid base. As you swing the club down from the top of your back swing feel as though your front leg is as solid as it can be. At impact your front hip should be turning out of the way so you can straighten the front leg upon impact. Allow the force of your swing to let the hands release the club head into the follow-through position.

3. Loosen up:
Before your round, hit as many driver shots as possible (15 to 20), making a full backswing and full follow-through. These full swings will get your body loose faster than any other exercise. Also, end on a good shot, as it will be the last thing you remember before you hit that opening tee shot.

4. Chin at the ball during impact:
Keep your chin over the ball while swinging though the impact zone. Allow the force of your swing to pull your head up after you hit the ball, as this will keep you "behind the ball" upon impact. All good players do this to generate power.

5. Maintain your spine angle:
Power comes from releasing your coil at impact. When you hunch over the ball you lose your coil and decrease swing speed. The proper address position is to stick out your butt, straighten your back and bend from the hips. (Feel like you are about to sit in a chair.) Try to maintain this position through the entire golf swing. Begin by taking easy half swings to get the feel. As it becomes more comfortable lengthen your swing and increase the speed.

Experiment with these tips and find the one or two that help the most. Practice those and see your distance increase.

The best golf swing for you and your golf game is far removed from what you have been told by the experts in the golf industry.

You only need to look at the golf swings of the top players and you will see the huge disparity between the way they all swing the golf club. Each swing is so individual, like a signature, that after watching the top players in action for some time, either in the flesh of on television, you would be able to identify who is swinging even if you only see their silouhette.

Ernie Els, Vijay Singh, Davis Love, Tiger Woods, Padraig Harrington, Retief Goosen all have quite distinct swings. Don’t get me wrong, all of these swings have much in common, particularly when it comes to the fundamentals like set up and alignment, grip etc.

But there the similarities end and each swing is different and reflects the players physical shape, their natural tempo and a lot of what they picked up when they first swing a club.

The lesson for you, the amateur golfer, is that your swing must reflect your tempo and your physical shape and you should not beat yourself up trying to swing the golf club like your hero, who is generally a finely tuned athlete with remarkable hand/eye co-ordination who has been reared on the practice range.

So find a golf swing that you are comfortable with and suits where you are in life now and enjoy your golf..this is the best golf swing for you and don’t beat yourself over the head with golf swing analysis.

Are you interested in golfing? If you are interested in the game and you are planning to start playing it. Then here are a few golf tips beginner must know.

One, you have to the right stance. This is very important when it comes to swinging your club. This is the solid base that you are going to rotate from and is the core of your swing. Having the right stance will give you a solid foundation upon which your swing is constructed. This will also help you maintain balance when swinging. If you are unbalanced, this will lead to an irregular and uneven swing. This will lead to you having difficulty in hitting good long straight shots.

A good stance is when your feet should be shoulder width apart. But, you can also have them slightly closer or wider apart depending on your preference. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. The ball should be in line with the middle of your feet. And, place the club behind the ball. This is the basic structure of the stance.

Two, you will need to buy the right set of equipment. If you are just beginning with the game, do not buy an expensive and fancy golf set. You might end up buying the wrong set of equipment for you. Many people always have the wrong impression that they must have 14 clubs all the time. But, this is not true because 14 is just the maximum amount of clubs that people are allowed to have especially in golf competition. And, for people who are starting out, fewer clubs are usually better.

Golfers usually need to have wood clubs in their bags. There are different types of wood clubs. There are the driver, the 3-wood club and the 5-wood club. So, you have to be able to determine, which club you can hit the best out of the three. You also have to determine what long iron club that you can hit best with. There are usually 3-6 types of irons.

Similar with the wood club, you also have to choose one that suits you. You also have to choose between the 7-9 short iron clubs. After choosing clubs that suits you, discard the other clubs from your bags and just play with clubs that you can hit best with. And, you need wedges and a putter for your set.

And lastly, golf tips for beginners must know is that they have to take lessons from a professional and then practice what you have learned. You must bear in mind that it will take many lessons and practice for you to be able to hit just one club well in your golf club. For beginners, fewer clubs are better because it means fewer clubs to learn. More clubs usually takes a long time to learn and this can be quite frustrating.

In addition, good golf tips beginner includes instructional videos as well.

One of the things that is drilled into the new golfer when they take lessons from a professional golf coach is 'keep your head still', but this is one of those things that is easier said that done. Even players on the professional circuit winning millions of dollars per year from golf tournaments sometimes have problems with this aspect of the game. Lets face it, when there is so much movement going on through your arms, shoulders and torso, keeping the thing that sits on top of it all still is quite a tall order.

The next time you watch a golf tournament on television concentrate on the head movement of several different players and you will see that everyone will have some degree of head movement, and some more so that others. However, the one thing that you will find they all have in common is that their heads will remain behind the ball all the way through the swing right up to the point of impact between the club head and the ball. During their back swing you see some head movement but it will still be behind the ball when it is hit. You should try and follow this example and at the same time try and keep your head movement down to as little as possible. However, when you are playing for real, you shouldn't be concentrating on your head movement. Mastering these techniques is something for the practice game to the point where once it is mastered in practice it will become second nature the rest of the time.

Once the ball has been struck you should make an effort to watch the ball or turn towards its flight. This is something that again will come naturally as you complete your swing and allow the head to move with the shoulders.

As ever, you shouldn't feel you have to force any of these movements. Your golf swing is something that should be natural to you, so any adjustments you make should be made in small steps over a long period of time so as not to disturb your swing.

Most of us think we sink a lot of short putts. But research indicates otherwise. Weekend golfers sink only about half of their 12-foot putts. While professional golfers under tour conditions sink only about 20 percent of them. The emphasis here, of course, is on "under tour conditions," which increases putting difficulty.

But sinking more short putts improves your golf handicap, since we usually have many more short putts than long ones during a round. So if you're really serious about lowering your golf handicap, work on sinking more short putts.

One area of short putting to focus on is alignment. Poor alignment causes more missed short putts than almost anything else. The tips below on help improve alignment.

Correct Shoulder Misalignment

Pulled putts hurts many a weekend golfer. Among the biggest causes of pulled putts is shoulder misalignment. Players with low golf handicaps tend to blame pulled putts on a breakdown of the wrists. But that's not always the case. If your shoulders are misaligned, you'll pull putts.

Next time you're on the practice green, try this simple test: Go through your pre-shot routine. Take your address. Now, bend down and place your club's shaft lengthwise along your feet so that it's touching your toes. If the shaft is not running parallel to the target line, you may have discovered why you're pulling your short putts.

How can you fix this? First, push your hands as close together as possible. The closer your hands, the less likely you are to dip your back shoulder toward the ball, caused by how you grip the club. Second, think of the line of your shoulders as you address the ball. If you're fighting a pull, make sure your shoulders are parallel to the target line. That way when you swing, it will be along the line of the putt, not out to in.

Aligning The Putterface

In addition to aligning your shoulders properly, your must also align your putterface correctly. The putter's sweet spot must be perpendicular to the target for the ball to be online and stay that way during the putt. If you're missing short putts, you could be taking this fundamental for granted—a common error among players with high golf handicaps.

Practicing the credit card drill helps eliminate this problem:

Find a straight 8-foot putt on the practice green and drop a ball down. Go through your normal pre-shot routine, and then take your address. Once you're set, have a friend switch the ball for a credit card, placing it square to the ball with the long sides pointing toward the hole. Now rise up, stand back, and look along the card's long edges. These lines should bracket the hole.

If you're off, repeat the drill, but align the credit card first. Then place the ball on top of it. Now set your putterface square to the edges of the credit card. This allows you to see what straight looks like. After a few practice sessions, you'll get an idea of what straight really is.

Line-up The Lettering

Another method of improving alignment is perhaps the simplest of all. Find a green where you have a straight putt about 10 to 12 feet. Now drop a ball down and take your address. Align yourself as you normally would. Make sure the clubface is at right angles to the ball. Now, holding the putter tightly, kneel down behind the putter and look over the putterhead to see if you had the putter aligned correctly. If not, keep working on this until you do.

In addition, you can reduce alignment problems when playing by using an old trick that many pros use. Before putting, place a marker behind your ball. Now bend down and align the ball's lettering so that it's aiming directly at the hole. Go through your pre-shot routine and take your address. Make sure the putter's sweet spot is perpendicular to the lettering on the ball before putting. If it is, you're aligned properly.

Tiger Woods spends about 45 percent of his time on the practice green hitting short putts. That tells you how important sinking those 10 and 12 footers really is. To sink more short putts, take proper alignment seriously. Make sure you are correctly aligned on every putt, even the short ones. Sinking more short putts chop strokes off golf handicaps.

One of the keys to success in golf is playing the golf irons consistently. For most beginners this seems an almost impossible dream, but with the application and practise of some sound principles it becomes achievable.

Here are the characteristics of solid iron play.

1.Posture. Stand with the feet pointing to the target, with knees flexed, back straight and the weight resting towards the heels.

2.Take the club back using a hand and arm swing, making sure the wrists are fully cocked.

3.Try to keep your body position as still as possible as your swing the club around your body.

4.You must make sure the left side of your body is cleared out of the way before you strike the ball. This will also enable you to generate lots of club head speed, and therefore hit the ball further.

5.Stay down as you hit through the shot and follow through keeping your arms straight. Seeing the ground after the ball has been played will stop you lifting your head too soon.

6.You have complete control over how much power you use in playing your irons in this way. Many top players play their shots well within their capabilities.

Here are some more tips to develop cocnsistency with your iron shots.

1.Try to develop a sense of tempo with your clubs. Once you have done this try to play the irons at the same tempo. Don't try and rush the shot.

2.Keeping the right knee flexed as you make the back swing will ensure you only turn your hips 45%.

3.Make notes as to how far you typically hit the ball with each iron in your bag.

By following these simple golf tips you will be well on the way to becoming a better and more consistent iron player.

You have only to ask yourself how long a typical round of golf takes, to appreciate that it could be around four hours, sometimes more if the golf course is busy that day. In view of this you can understand the need to be fit enough to last the time and distance. It is just as important to be as fit on the 18th green as you are on the 1st tee. If you are not fit enough to be on your feet for four hours or more without a rest your golf will suffer and you will hit bad shots needlessly.

Why not try these 3 great golf fitness tips. They have helped me and my golf game is the better for being fitter.

1. Before teeing off try swinging two golf clubs instead of one. As you do this a few times you will notice you have to swing at a certain rhythm otherwise you won't be able to swing them at all. Give it a try and you will see what I mean.

2. To strengthen your fingers and hands I squeeze a squash ball a few times. Try to squeeze as hard as you can. This exercise is very effective and can quickly strengthen weak fingers, hands and forearms, which is just what you need fto play powerful golf shots.

3.To strengthen my legs, I walk up and down the stairs in my house, until my legs start to ache. This is a simple and effective way to strengthen the legs, and it doesn't take long either. When you have done this exercise a few times your legs will feel like jelly.

Fitness is really important if you are to play good golf shots, and so it needs to be taken seriously. By using these few exercises I am confident anyone can improve their golf game and feel better as well.

Does the truth hurt, or can you handle it? Most club pros don't think you can and none of the other golf instruction sites will tell you what you're about to learn here

You'll never develop a swing like Tiger Woods. You will not swing like Phil Mickelson, Ernie Els, or Sergio Garcia. In fact, no matter how hard you try or how often you practice, the odds are that you'll NEVER be able to swing the club like the top tour pros.

Why am I able to be so sure of this? Simply because, like the majority of us, you weren't born with their physical abilities. Besides, each of the big-money pros has a swing that's unique to his (or her) physique. It's hardwired into their DNA. That's how they got to be big-money pros.

Am I saying that you'll never play better than you play right now? That you're doomed to be a duffer all your golfing days? The butt of countless jokes from your mates? A comical study in frustration?

No! Nein! Nyet! Non!! No way! Because there's another, more important truth.

It doesn't matter if you can't copy Tiger Woods ..... Or any of the top tour pros. You don't have to even try. In fact, you shouldn't try.

Because you can get help to develop a swing, guaranteed to help you play better golf than you ever thought possible. You'll do it in two short weeks, or you will get your money back.

Actually, it's about more than a swing. It's a whole System. But don't let that scare you. It's very simple. That's the beauty of it. And why it's been called:-

The Simple Golf Swing System™

Here's a word from Jack Moorehouse:

 Dear Fellow Golfer,

Let's face it, golf is probably the most difficult sport in the world. It takes a great deal of skill, mental fortitude and perseverance to excel at it. You have to have great hand-eye coordination, balance, athletic ability and creativity. You can receive all the best golf tips in the world and take countless golf lessons but you still can't seem to create any consistency...

Now, there are a ton of people who play golf just to hack around and have some fun. But more avid players are always trying to improve their swing and overall game. The problem is that golf is a very difficult game to master and you don't have enough time to practice to really improve significantly. Even the guys who play golf for a living and have the best golf instruction in the world still struggle and they practice every day!

BUT...

If you're like most golfers, though, you want to improve, not just hack around. Golf, when played poorly, is not a lot of fun. What do I mean by poorly? Let me see if this describes YOU:

I play golf 2-4 times/month and have never broken 90 or even 80

I can't work the ball (fade, draw, general trajectory)

I have at least 3 or 4 three putts per round

I rarely hit greens in regulation

I can't get up and down when I miss a green

I make a birdie once in a blue moon

I don't really know where the ball is going when I swing (hit and hope)

Even worse, I'm a more advanced player and typically shoot in the low or mid 80's frequently but can't break 80.

You can find out all of the "How To" tips and information, if you visit my "Home of Golfers Aids" website.

“What’s The Secret To Curing a Golf Slice When Nothing Up To This Point Has Worked For You?”

... Are you tired of dealing with a nasty slice when you go out to play a round with your friends, family, or co-workers ? Not to mention the embarrassment ?

... Do you ask yourself after a bad round, "Why am I even golfing at all" ?

... Have you tried all the latest training aids, only to find that your Golf Slice cannot be stopped by some gizmo you just spent 200 bucks on ?

... Have you gone to the range and somehow you miraculously started to hit straight golf shots, saying to yourself... "I think I got it, I think I got it!" ... then when you hit the course your score card still looked horrible ?

... Or are you the type of golfer that wants to get better, spending countless dollars on lessons and expensive clubs, but nothing seems to put a dent in your Golf Slice ?

You can find out all of the "How To" tips and information, if you visit my "Home of Golfers Aids" website.

If you want to shoot even par or simply break 100 for the first time....the techniques and strategies in "How To Break 80" will help you lower your handicap quickly. When you truly have a confidence in your game and your swing and have good consistency, it becomes more than a sport, but a true accomplishment. According to NGT Research, there are over 60 million golfers in the world today and less than half of us will ever break 100. 33% will break 90. However, only 5 % will ever break 80. That's 3 million people out of 60 million golfers. Jack Moorehouse has helped hundreds of people across the globe to break 80 and I am confident he can help you too.

"How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros!" has quickly become one of the best selling books on the Internet because it is written and designed for those of us who actually have to do something other than golf to make a living. This is not a simple collection of golf tips, golf lessons or golf instruction...it is a personal guide to lower scores.

So, you can stop wasting money on expensive golf lessons and learn how to play better golf immediately.

I've been able to do exactly what the pros do consistently and applied it to my own game. The results have been astonishing. In the book, you will learn the simple steps to create more consistency with your swing and game in general. To learn these steps takes approximately 30 minutes and you are also provided with drills to ensure you can incorporate these new techniques into your game. Now, this isn't simply a guide that shows you 4 steps. It is a complete manual on how to shoot your best scores ever. All aspects of the game are covered, so that you can develop a solid all-around game in your quest to drop shots. This golf instruction guide will be the last book you read on this subject. All contents of the book are designed to do ONE thing.....lower your scores!

When beginner golfers go to their local sports store to purchase the clubs they need to kick it off on the golf course they sometimes aren’t exactly sure what to buy. There are so many different things to choose from. There are the expensive ones, the cheap ones, the most popular ones, the ones the pros are using. That’s what I’m here for. To help guide you in the right direction for purchasing your first set of golf clubs.

The first thing you should do is get your swing evaluated by a professional first. This way you can buy the clubs appropriate to your specifics. Those people somewhere who make golf clubs has a goal in life: to create golf clubs that maximize “the physics of a golfer’s swing” while allowing for a range of swing error to provide an accurate, yet forgiving shot. The better swing you have, of course, the less forgiving club you require.

Okay, so golf association rules state that you can have no more than fourteen clubs in your bag, one of which has to be a putter. So, we have thirteen clubs left to get together. Let’s get started.

Woods
There are three woods that golfers need: the 1-driver, 3 and 5. The wood is a hollow-bodied large headed club. These clubs are used when you are 175 yards or more away from the green, specifically off the tee.

Irons
A standard set of irons consists of: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Irons are typically used when you are 200 yards or less from the green. The closer you are to the green, the higher number iron you will use.

Wedges
Just a fancy word really for a specialty iron really. Common used wedges in golfers’ sets are the pitching wedge, sand wedge, approach wedge, lob wedge and high lob wedge. These clubs can be extremely useful to a golfers game. These assist you in controlling your shots.

Putters
If you ever played putt putt then you know what these are for. That’s right! It gets the ball into the hole. It is used on the green only and there are a wide variety of putters out there to choose from.

Now, you don’t have to have a completely full set to start golfing. In fact, my research has shown that it is actually recommended for beginner golfers to start out with a short set. It is recommended to have a 3-wood, 3-iron, 5-iron, 7-iron, 9-iron and a putter. You can always fill in the missing clubs later once you start to get better, learn your yardage more and become more schooled on the physics of clubs. You can also purchase a short set second hand and sell it later or trade it in for a full set.

SUMMARY: All golfers have to have a set of golf clubs. Beginners can be clueless on what clubs they actually need. Here are some tips on what to get.

Golf is the one game that bridges perfectly the gap between the corporate world and the sports world. Loved by both the business and sports community alike, this great game has really become quite popular. If you desire for whatever reason , business or sports, to learn how to play golf , you must first learn the basics and perfect them.

Learning the basics is very important in golf. It’s like building, if you don’t get the foundation right, it doesn’t matter how beautiful or high the building is, it will eventually come down. Getting the basics right and perfecting it, in my opinion is what makes great golfers like Tiger Woods who they are. Tiger started playing golf at a very young age, he learnt and perfected the basics and today he is reaping the benefits.

Learning and perfecting the basics helps you to really know the game and be a great player. The secret of success in life in any endeavor lies in the simple and basic things. Success in Business, for example, is all about providing what people need when they need it. It’s that simple, yet not many people get that simple principle right but those who get it right are the most successful. That’s why the world’s richest main are not those with complicated degrees but those with simple business plans. In Golf also, success is in the basics. Basic things like, the swing, the clubs and the course.

The Swing
There is nothing so basic and yet so important in golf as the swing. The swing is what differentiates great players from ordinary players. Every player’s most important thing in golf is learning his swing. Golf is simply about swinging a club, hitting a ball towards and eventually into a hole. The swing is what makes the winner. Everybody has access to the same kind of clubs, they are sold everywhere, the same kind of course but not the same swing. You must learn how perfectly to control the ball with your swing. Swings are perfected with practice. The control of the ball is in the swing. So there is a need for you to really work on your swing and perfect it. Of course the basics of how to hold the club , how to stand and how to drive the ball can be generally taught but the perfect swing that yields the perfect drive you will have to cultivate yourself.

The Clubs
One of the very important golf basics is the golf clubs. You must know your clubs well. Know which to use at what distance in which condition and for what purpose. This knowledge separates the top players from the usual players.

The Course
Though there are special regulations guiding the construction of a course, professional golf players will tell you that courses differ one from another. Knowing and mastering the course is important. It’s what lets you know how to hit your ball, where to hit it and where to avoid. Great players take time to examine each course before playing in any tournament. Knowing the course well may be what differentiates the winner from the others eventually.

Success is in the basics, learn and perfect the basics and your success in golf is guaranteed.

SUMMARY
Being in a great golfer is in the basics. Learning and perfecting the basics helps you become a successful golfer. Such basics include mastering your swing, knowing your clubs and the golf course.
