Where would you rather work: Byerlys or a golf course?

I got 2 phone calls on the same day, one from Byerlys, where I would bag groceries. The other was from a golf course where I would mow greens, fairways, and tee boxes. The golf course is about 8 miles farther than Byerlys, but I would make $2 more an hour. HELP!!!

Personally, I'd prefer Byerly's.

1. Gas is expensive. Who knows where the price will top out? Or if it even will be easily available in the future?

2. Speaking of the future, there's places to promote to at Byerly's. Like cashier or stocker, for example. Is there any place to advance at the golf course?

3. Byerly's is air conditioned, heated, comfortable in any weather. Nobody has ever been struck by lightning in a Byerly's store.
